We use your information to: provide the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, improve our AI systems, and comply with legal obligations. Call data is used to train and improve our AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Telnyx (telecommunications), Neon (database hosting), and AI model providers. We do not sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after termination. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
